Account details such as name and email address
Saved searches, patents, and clusters associated with your workspace
Messages you send through support or contact requests

Interaction events that help us understand how the product is used
Search activity and workspace events needed to operate saved research flows
Diagnostics and service information used for stability, performance, and reliability
Cookie and consent preference records needed to preserve privacy settings

To operate the product and maintain accounts or sessions
To improve search quality, workflows, UI clarity, and product reliability
To respond to questions, support requests, or commercial inquiries

Third-party processing

Infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and AI providers may process data where those integrations are configured
These providers are used to run the service, not to sell personal information
InvenMap does not position itself as selling personal data

Retention and requests

Information may be kept for as long as it is needed to operate the product, support accounts, maintain service history, meet legal obligations, or handle legitimate product records. If you need to ask about deletion or data handling, contact the team directly.

Important context

Some infrastructure described in the product is configurable. That means the exact processors involved may depend on the deployed environment.

If authentication, analytics, or AI services are connected, relevant request and product data may be handled by those providers in order to operate the workflow.

Optional analytics remain disabled until the user grants consent, and consent can later be changed from the in-product cookie settings.

This policy is intended to explain the product clearly. If the service evolves materially, this page may be updated to reflect those changes.
